Life returned to the Global schedule this past Monday night with the premiere episode of its second action packed season. The premiere exceeded its projections by large margins in both Toronto and Vancouver. Life's second season continues with a second episode this week, moving into its regular slot alongside another Friday mainstay, Numb3rs. As Numb3rs premieres its 4th season this Friday, and Life find its home, a promising new prospect also premieres. The highly anticipated dramedy, The Ex List, comes to Global Friday October 3rd to round out this stellar night of love, fact and possibilities.
 Saturday Night Live on the Rise Saturday Night Live returned for the fall season with all new episodes and new ratings growth. While utilizing the current U.S. election and hot celebrities of the moment SNL has begun to build larger ratings throughout the beginning of the fall season. With guest appearances by Tina Fey as vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin, and Amy Poehler as Katie Couric, SNL has increased viewership by 38% in Toronto versus last fall. With guest hosts Anne Hathaway and Josh Brolin in the coming weeks SNL is sure to continue this positive ratings trend. |
